What information is needed for a quotation?
Product family, diameter or size range, annual or trial quantity, destination and any required testing or packaging. Mill and feed data improves technical selection.
Can Huafeng recommend a grinding-media grade?
Yes. Recommendations are based on the material, mill, liners, operating environment, current media and improvement target—not hardness alone.
How should a field trial be compared?
Agree the baseline, transition or purge period, charging method, observation window and production-normalized reporting before the trial starts.
What quality documents can be discussed?
Chemistry, hardness, dimensions, appearance, integrity and batch identification can be included according to the final technical agreement.
Are custom packaging and markings available?
Packaging, package marks and shipping documentation can be reviewed against destination, handling method and contract requirements.
Can I send photos and operating records?
Yes. Mill, liner and worn-media photos plus feed, product-size and addition records help the team understand the operating problem.
